John Guest Superseal barb connector fitting converts LLDPE tubing, soft metal tubing, or polished metal tubing into a barbed hose connection. Quick and easy to install, John Guest push-fit fittings provide an instant connection and a leak-tight seal without the need for tools, hot works, or sealing compounds.

The unique collet locking design ensures the pipe is held securely without deformation or flow restriction. The Superseal feature offers additional grip, while the hand-operated nut and wedge-shaped plastic washer apply pressure to the collet and double nitrile O-Rings. This ensures the stainless-steel teeth bite firmly onto the pipe and compress the O-Rings to enhance the seal.

These fittings are manufactured from acetal, making them corrosion-resistant and fully demountable, which helps improve system performance and reduce downtime during maintenance. Produced in grey push-fit acetal copolymer, the fitting is suitable for potable liquids, foodstuffs, inert gases, and intermittent hot water applications.
