The John Guest push-fit polypropylene Speedfit-to-female shut-off valve (NPTF thread) is designed to isolate the water supply to a fixture or appliance. Quick and easy to install, it provides a secure push-fit connection with a leak-tight seal—no need for tools, hot works, or sealing compounds.

Its distinctive collet locking mechanism holds the pipe firmly in place without causing deformation or restricting flow. Corrosion-resistant and fully demountable, the valve helps optimise system performance and reduce downtime during maintenance.

Manufactured from polypropylene and fitted with an EPDM O-ring, this valve offers enhanced chemical resistance compared to the acetal version. It is suitable for potable water (10 bar at 20 °C), intermittent hot water (4 bar at 60 °C), and applications involving water treatment and purification.
