The John Guest push-fit polypropylene Speedfit-to-male shut-off valve (NPTF thread) is designed to isolate the water supply to a fixture or appliance. Quick and easy to install, it provides a secure push-fit connection with a leak-tight seal—no need for tools, hot works, or sealing compounds.

Its unique collet locking design ensures the pipe is held firmly in place without distortion or restriction to flow. Corrosion-resistant and fully demountable, the valve supports improved system performance and helps minimise downtime during maintenance.

Manufactured from polypropylene and fitted with an EPDM O-ring, the valve offers enhanced chemical resistance compared to the acetal version. It is suitable for potable water (10 bar at 20 °C), intermittent hot water (4 bar at 60 °C), and applications involving water treatment and purification.
