The DI bottle securing bracket is a versatile and reliable device used to secure a DI bottle pressure vessel either on a vehicle mount cleaning system or in a static application. The clamp consists of two halves that are bolted together around the circumference of the vessel. The interior of the clamp is rubber lined with rubber which provides a secure and non-slip grip on the vessel, preventing it from slipping or moving.

To use the clamp to secure a pressure vessel, first, determine the appropriate clamp size based on the vessel's diameter (see our related products for other sizes). Then, place the clamp around the vessel and tighten the bolts to ensure a snug fit. The lining material will prevent any slippage or damage to the vessel's surface. Finally, attach the clamp to a wall fixing bracket (see our related products) or directed to the threads on our GrippaMAX tanks to secure the vessel in place.

We recommend fitting 2-3 of these brackets on larger DI bottles.
