This John Guest push-fit elbow is designed to connect LLDPE or soft metal tubing via the standard Speedfit connection, and polished metal tubing using the Superseal connection, forming a 90° bend. Its push-fit design enables fast, tool-free installation, delivering a secure, leak-tight seal without the need for heat or sealing compounds.

The fitting features a unique collet locking system that firmly secures the pipe without deformation or restricting flow. The Superseal connection adds extra grip through a hand-operated nut and wedge-shaped plastic washer, which applies pressure to the collet and dual nitrile O-Rings. This ensures the stainless-steel teeth bite securely into the pipe while compressing the O-Rings for an enhanced seal.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant acetal copolymer and fitted with EPDM seals, the fitting is fully demountable for easy maintenance and system upgrades. It offers reliable performance in potable water, food-grade liquid, inert gas, and intermittent hot water applications. Compliant with the British Beer & Pub Association Code of Practice, it is also suitable for N2/CO2 and mixed gas dispense systems, as well as air, pneumatic, and vacuum uses.
