REPLACING CARTRIDGE: You will find the following video helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w7QYUxPsn-Y To change your carbon filter, you will need to: Remove the housing from the system, replace the cartridge as shown in the video. Then connect to the mains and flush for 10 minutes PRIOR to refitting to your RO system. Then refit to system and commence filling as normal! - We strongly recommend the use of Molykote 111 Compound to assist with insertion and sealing - We only sell it in tubes, however one tube will last for several filter changes so does not need to be purchased every time. Molykote can be found here https://www.grippatank.co.uk/molykoter-111-compound-100g-tube or in the 'Related Products' panel on the right of this page. - NOTE - The Axeon 4021 Plastic Champ Housing is no longer supported due to reports of the housing cracking under pressure - this filter will only fit the Ez-Pure plastic housing 4021 and the GrippaPRO stainless steel 4021 housing. If you have a Axeon Champ 4021 housing, you will need to update your housing to a 4021 stainless steel housing.
