Because We Care

Your system was designed and built in house and our engineers know it inside out, which makes us perfectly placed to take care of the aftercare and servicing. In our experience, purification systems require filter changes at regular service intervals (360,000 litres) or every 6 months, whichever comes first.

Our HydroHeat hot water heater systems require servicing every 12 months and it’s imperative that these services are kept up to date, as failure to do so, invalidates the warranty.

Is your system due for a service? If so, contact us and we’ll arrange a date and time with you. But don't worry, to keep disruption to a minimum, we'll arrange a time far enough in advance so that you can work your day-to-day commitments around it. And, of course, should you require it, for an additional call-out fee**, we can come to you and carry out the service at your premises, making the whole process as stress free as possible.

We will be opening a satellite office in Kirkcaldy, and in future, all service bookings will be handled from our satellite office. One of our team members will then contact you when your service is due, so there'll be no need for you to worry about keeping track of usage, etc.
