Prohibited Actions
Overview
The GrippaRinse system is designed to operate within clearly defined boundaries.
The following actions are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply may result in equipment damage, system malfunction, safety risk, and invalidation of warranty and service agreements.
The Following Are Not Permitted
System Interference
​• Opening the Service Compartment without authorisation
​• Adjusting internal electrical or purification controls
​• Modifying plumbing, pipework, or fittings
​• Bypassing or disabling safety systems
​• Using third-party contractors to service internal components
Chemical & Water Interference
​• Introducing detergents, chemicals, or additives into the system
​• Connecting external water supplies to the pressure washer
​• Running the system without a mains water supply connected
Turning off the mains water supply while leaving the system powered may cause the system to run dry and damage internal components.
Electrical Interference
​• Isolating the mains electrical supply without following the correct restart procedure
​• Failing to notify GrippaTank following a scheduled or unexpected power shutdown
​• Attempting to reset internal electrical systems without instruction
Turning off the electrical supply without correctly bringing the system back online may prevent automatic refill systems from restarting.
Equipment Misuse
​• Operating the system with visible damage
​• Forcing the hose reel against resistance
​• Ignoring reel safety alarms
​• Operating the system outside of intended use boundaries
Servicing & Maintenance Neglect
​• Failing to maintain the system in accordance with the agreed service schedule
​• Allowing filters or membranes to operate beyond recommended service intervals
Routine servicing is required to maintain water purity standards and protect system components.
Failure to service the equipment within the prescribed schedule may affect performance and will invalidate the warranty.
Important
The GrippaRinse system is factory-configured and professionally maintained by GrippaTank / GrippaCare.
Site personnel are not required to carry out internal adjustments or repairs.
