GrippaRinse Operational & Safety Manual 

Purpose Statement

The purpose of this document is to provide operational guidance, safety instructions, and authorised-use boundaries for the GrippaRinse Forecourt Rinse System installed at BIG Motor World sites.

The system is designed for the light rinsing of pre-valeted, forecourt-presented vehicles using purified RODI water only.

All authorised operators must read and understand this document prior to use.

WARNING – HIGH PRESSURE WATER

High-pressure water can cause serious injury.

• Never point the lance at people or animals.

• Always wear appropriate PPE when operating the equipment.

• Do not operate the system if there is visable damage to the gun, lance, or hose.

⚠ Important Notice

  • Whilst the system remains under warranty, the main enclosure containing purification and electrical systems must not be accessed by site staff without prior written approval from GrippaTank.

    • No modifications, alterations or unauthorised connections are permitted.
    • Any leaks, electrical concerns, abnormal noises, or performance changes must be reported immediately (support@grippatank.co.uk or 01223 790049).
  • Failure to follow these instructions will invalidate warranty and service agreements.
