As part of a regular maintenance schedule, we recommend that you have your system serviced every 12 months.
We can offer servicing on-site or at our trade counters, subject to quotation.
This package is applicable to hot water delivery system services carried out at our Cambridgeshire branch. It is based on a 90-point system and quality check and includes leak repairs (maximum of 3.5 hours labour included).
A service certificate will be issued on completion of the work.
What is included in this service cost?
Our service charge is not just for replacement of a single part (i.e the burner on literally the heater itself) - but rather includes a comprehensive service of the complete window cleaning system. This would include the heater service itself (which does have serviceable parts), CO2 adjustment and Diagnostics (which will fine tune the heater to ensure its running properly and using fuel efficiently), any system/reel/or pole water leaks corrected, strainers cleared, resin changed, leaking connections replaced, and batteries & electrics tested and checked (repaired if needed). The service also includes a pole inspection and service for 2 poles.
Why does it need to be done?
Our HydroHeat warranty covers you for 2 years, and includes on site warranty call out. This is for manufacturers fault issues (i.e parts that fail due to a faulty product, but doesn't cover misuse). This warranty however is only valid if the heater is serviced every 12 months within the service schedules (customer's can come to us, or can opt to pay for us to come to them).
