As part of a regular maintenance schedule, we recommend that you have your system serviced every 12 months.

Carried out at our Cambridgeshire branch, the cold-water RO system service includes a
90-point service and quality check. Included in the package are:

10.5 litre resin
Carbon filter change
Free fitted replacement Ez-Snap or Pro 26 female coupling along with Protecta-ball for your reel hoses.

Any leaks will automatically be repaired as part of the service (a maximum of 2.5 hours labour included).

Any necessary additional replacement parts, including new RO membranes, are not included and will be charged in addition to the service price.

We can offer servicing on site or at our trade counters, subject to quotation.

This package is applicable to cold water services at our Cambridgeshire branch. It is based on a 90 point system and quality check and includes leak repairs (maximum of 2.5 hours labour included).

A service certificate will be issued on completion of the work.

Just wanted to thank you all for another great service on my system.

Paul did another precise and caring job but also got me back on the road as quickly as possible, Oban changed my battery in a very awkward place but I realise it is the only place it could go, I need a van with side loading doors on both side!

The new high pressure fitting on the hose reel is a real quality part.

Lastly it has never filled up so quickly! must be those new type membranes.
