1) Excellant Starter Pole
2) Designed for Domestic Gutters
3) Easy to Connect

Whilst these are not the lightest poles we sell, they are certainly are designed to make gutter cleaning and fine dust cleaning simpler with price in mind. Weighing in at only 740grams a section they are far easier to manage and greatly reduce neck and back strain. The fact that they are light does not mean they are fragile, each section is strong enough to be stood on without any adverse effects.

Each pole has an alloy ring at the top and a tapered joint for joining one pole to the next. The base has a nylon ring to protect it.

You can purchase our poles with the U Frame tool, Loc-Line Adjustable Head or Silicone Neck and a selection of tools.

Method

Vacuuming gutters is a fine art. Just as with any tool on the market you will need time to master this art. Here is a brief description of how to use our vacuum effectively to clean out gutters:

1)  Start with the Grippa U Frame Tool and remove big bits of debris (mortar, moss and stones*)
2) Change to a fine head like our Loc Line Adjustable or our 305mm Crevice Tool. This will create good suction for tile dust and debris left in the bottom of the gutter.
3)  Finish with a small brush or the Loc-Line pointed head to ensure the gutters are completely clear. Rinse gutter runs with water for great final finish.

For down pipes you will need to use our 38mm Extension Tool.

* Please note that large pieces of tile are porous and therefore difficult to suck and hold as the air flows through them rather than hitting the surface and returning back to the vacuum thus creating suction. Interestingly, a standard household brick is not porous, so providing you use the right vacuum head, the vacuum will suck and hold without any problems.

Freqently Asked Questions

Up to what height can your poles be used? Our high modulus poles can be used up to 55ft. Of course the higher you go the more challenging it can be to control with any pole. Our low modulus and Glass Fibre poles can be used up to 45ft and 30ft respectively.

How strong are your poles? Our poles are very strong as they are manufactured using quality materials from Japan. You can stand on the poles without them cracking or causing stress fractures.

If I already have my own vacuum can I still purchase your poles? Yes. We are more than happy to help you with connection options on your vacuum. Obviously our poles have been designed around our own system, but this can be adapted to fit other systems on the market.
